The decoration is double sealed (front and back) with a non-toxic paper sealer that acts like a glue,sealer and finish.
The sealer makes the decoration very strong ,protects it (will not fade or gather oils from the air)
and gives it a shinny ,glossy look.
To clean the decoration just dust it .
Dimensions: approximately 11 in x 13 1/2 in (28 cm x 33 cm)
